Our Story

Sage & Mae is a mum & daughter small business located in Rotorua; NZ, first established in 2023. 

What started as a passion project quickly blossomed into a busy wee side hustle as we started attending local markets across the Bay of Plenty.

2025 marks the year our website is launched & we grow our wee business.

Our goal is to bring joy & light into people’s lives by sharing our love of beautiful crystals, handmade natural candles and bespoke bouquets of blooms.

Our products are all sourced from trusted suppliers that share our ethos. Our minerals & gemstones are sourced ethically from suppliers who put people before profit. We use natural soy wax and non-toxic phthalate free fragrances in all our candles and wax melts, making them safe for all the family. We forage for wildflowers on our adventures whenever we can and support our local growers for all the rest.
